  1. Spring Reading Program

    March 15, 2021 - April 30, 2021 @ Lucy Hill Patterson Memorial Library

Starting March 15th through April 30th all ages are invited to participate in the 2021 Spring Reading Program. By checking out books from the library and reading them, elementary, middle, and high school aged youth can enter into drawings to win prizes and books. Adults can enter for a chance to win free books too! Library Card holders will receive a bookmark starting on March 15th. For each book or audiobook a cardholder checks out either in the library or through the library's SimplyE eBook and eAudiobook App, he/she will receive a Springtime themed stamp on the bookmark. Once 4 stamps are on the bookmark, the library cardholder can put the bookmark into the drawing box for a chance to win free books. There will also be a special Spring Time Youth and Adult section of books with labels showing they will be worth 2 stamps for the drawing. Turn in Bookmarks no later than April 30th. Winners to be announced the following week.
