The Rockdale Police Department is dedicated to providing the best police services possible to all of Rockdale's citizens. Your police employees are carefully selected and provided the best training possible in order to provide this service. However, you may have an occasion to lodge a complaint regarding the actions or conduct of a member of the Rockdale Police Department.
If you wish to file a COMPLAINT, we encourage you to request to speak with a supervisor. Whether or not you speak with a supervisor, you may obtain a written Complaint form from the front desk staff or by clicking here.
Please note that the signature on the written complaint must be signed by the complainant and witnessed by a Notary Public. Our front desk staff will provide this service at NO COST. You do not have to file a written complaint to voice your concerns with a supervisor.
All written complaints will be responded to promptly in writing. If you have any questions regarding the complaint process, please request the assistance from the on-duty supervisor.
