Richard Coppedge, Mayor Pro-Tem

Dr. Richard Coppedge represents the east ward. Before calling Rockdale home, he grew up on a small farm in Gilmer, Texas. He received his Bachelor and Master Degrees from Tarleton State University in Agriculture, and his Doctorate from Texas A&M and Texas Tech Universities in Agricultural Education. He works for the U.S. Department of Justice.
